Sliiiiiithering into a new week with a snake case! 🐍

This young adult python named Shank came to see us with a chronic abscess from a rat bite. 😲

We sedated him to perform a lance and drain operation. This cleaned out the infection and made him feel tons better! He was sent home with antibiotic injections that the owner can administer to ensure 100% healing. 💉

𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙊𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨!

This one year old, 116 pound Cane Corso came to us for a second opinion. The pup had a 3 month history of nasal discharge that would get better when treated with antibiotics but return after finishing meds. 🧐

A closer look with the small endoscope, the problem was solved!! Within the hour, we removed this large evergreen-like frond (pictured below) from deep in the right nasal passage. 🤕

Job duties include working directly with our animal patients and boarding clients! Prep and changing of bedding, walking patients, feeding and watering, handing out milk bones, belly scratches, and more!
