We will not be accepting groom appointments July 26th- August 6th due to a dog sitting job. Make sure to get in before the 26th of July if you need you pet groomed. Thank you and we appreciate your support🐾❤️
I guess the time has come … I’ve avoided it as long as possible but with the amount of last minute cancellations and no shows I’ve been getting for grooming I now have to enforce a cancellation fee 😔.
When you book an appointment and cancel last minute or no-show, this not only effects me as the buisness owner but all of my other clients who are waiting on appointments or have to wait 2-3 weeks to get in. I fill up very quickly each month and it’s very inconsiderate to both me and others to cancel last minute or not show up at all.
Effective immediately, if you cancel your grooming appointment within 24 hrs of your appointment time; I will require a 20% cancellation fee of the total service cost to be put back on the schedule for another appointment.
This must be paid in full before your next appointment or you will be taken off the schedule.
No-shows to appointment will not be able to be reschduled at all and you will have to find another groomer.
No exceptions to the 20% cancellation fee or no show policy will be made regardless of circumstances.
My time is valuable and I cannot continue to let myself, regulars and new clients suffer due to people being inconsiderate of others. We thank you for your understanding and your continued support of our buisness.
It is with great sadness in my heart that I announce the passing of old man Eli, one of my most beloved regulars here in the salon and for pet sitting. 💔😭 He was such a good boy for his haircuts and gave the best cuddles. He was one of the first pups is worked on when I started Happy Tails and watching him age has been both bittersweet and yet a privilege to be apart of his journey as his dog groomer . RIP Eli you will be missed and I’m glad you are no longer suffering

Let us come to you to take care of your pups nails instead of putting them in the car and driving to a typical salon or having a mobile unit come out, without breaking the bank as well! We are fear free certified and work with dogs that don’t enjoy having their nails trimmed on a regular basis.

We are finally laying my mom to rest in Oregon my spreading her ashes next week so we will be closed. I will not be answering any phone calls, text messages or requests.

Yesterday we had Wolf the Akita come in for a major Deshedding Service! He did a great job and left looking like a whole different pup. Look how much hair we were able to get off him! He felt much better and mom was happy with the results as well!
Our deshedding package includes the bath w/ deshedding shampoo and conditioner, full undercoat blow out, 30 minutes of deshedding w/ brush tools depending on your dogs coat and needs, ear cleaning, nail trimming, breath spray, sanitary trimming and cologne spritz starting at $35+ (based on weight and breed). We service all breeds of all sizes.

Just a friendly reminder for our boarding services, we only accept pups that are under 35lbs tha are fixed and up to date on vaccines. This is because our back fence is low and I have 2 bigger dogs that live in my household already. We accept all sizes for in home pet sitting though and We are currently booking out until June 25th for all pet sitting services. We appreciate everyone’s recommendations as well. It really does help get our name out. 💕🐾
When the Valley Humane Society Calls for help with dogs in need, we always answer! These 7 pups were found dumped in a field by HART and were full of foxtails and matting. These are just 7 of the 15 dumped in the last 2 months 💔. They were all so sweet and cooperative for grooming it broke my heart. They will make great family pets every single one of them. ( 4 girls and 2 boys, 1 boy was already adopted ). They need to be fixed still but they are all clean and can be viewed during their open hours. Thank you Stephanie and all the workers down at the Valley Humane Society AZ for all your hard work and dedication to saving these animals. ❤️

It has been a busy few weeks here at Happy Tails so we apologize for not posting much. We are currently booking out for grooming appointments until May 3rd but we have our Monthly Mobile Nail Trim Day coming up in May so make sure to get your pups in and books your appointments as slots will fill up quickly!
We will be hosting our $7 mobile nail trim event on May 1st from 8am-5:30pm. This discounted service is available to Arizona City, Eloy and Casa Grande zip-codes and includes the nail trim, ear cleaning, and breath spray. This service is an in-home mobile service so be aware it does require my assistant and I to come in your home.
Appointments are on a first come first serve basis and the times listed under your zip code are unfortunately the only time available for that area to ensure an efficieant travel route. If your would like to book a slot message the page or 402-606-0203. Up to 6 dogs can be booked in 1 slot for those with multiple dogs.

Effective Immediately! Pet Sitting Cancellation Policy Now in Place!
We will now be enforcing a strict cancellation policy in regard to our in-home pet sitting services.
Policy:
Any sitting job booked in advanced, with a completed meet and greet and signed pet sitting contract that are cancelled with less than a 36hr notice from the start date of the job will be met with a $20 last minute cancellation fee to compensate for the time and gas spent on the meet and greet; along with a $10 admin fee for having to draft a contract that didn’t get used. Both fees equaling a total of $30. ( Equivalent to a 1 day stay)
These fees will need to be paid in full before any more services (grooming or pet sitting) can be booked with our buisness. There will be no exceptions or grace period given for this policy.
Last minute Cancellations are avoidable through proper communication and planning. Cancellations not only waste both the owner and pet sitters time and money but also takes away from other pet owners, who are waiting and wanting to get their pets service. That is the main reason behind this policy coming into place. We would like to not have to enforce a grooming cancellation policy but that might have to start being enforced as well soon. All updates will be posted to the page and this information will all be reiterated to you in person should you choose to book a pet sitting service.

Our Deshedding Service is a customized 4 step processs for every pet that comes into the salon. It includes a deshedding bath with shampoo, conditioner, full undercoat blow out, 30 minutes of brushing, ear cleaning, nail trim, breath spray and cologne spritz starting at $35 depending on size. I just wanna say a big thank you to everyone that’s booked with me today and over the last week! I went from having no appointments this weekend to being booked until Monday! When I say squints was chillin for the blow dryer I mean he was chillin ❤️! This sleepy boy is one of our regulars and comes with his brother possum( Pom mix) for deshed and trims. Squints is deaf and requires a little bit of extra care and attention during the groom but he is a joy to have in the salon and he gives the best cuddles. We pride ourselves here at Happy Tails for being able to accommodate dogs with disabilities like squints and provide a calm, fear free atmosphere to all our pups.
