Better late than never...but we are proud to announce that SANDRA is our Employee of the Month for July! Sandra, if you can't tell, is a machine that never stops working. In the past few months, she's voluntarily taken on several responsibilities around the yard, including supervising both vet techs and trainers, she has been instrumental in preparing adoptable loads for delivery, maintaining processing at intake, ensuring adoptables and special care donkeys get trims on time, plus whatever else needs accomplished, all on top of her "actual" job of dentistry. This yard would not be able to perform at the efficiency level it does without Sandra and her leadership and guidance. She even put her personal preferences aside (cats aren't her favorite) and rushed Montana to the vet when he needed immediate medical attention, and she allows that
"slimeball" to nap under her desk. Montana thanks her so much much for saving his life...he now protects her computer!Congratulations Sandra! Thank you for being an example to vour fellow coworkers of the drive and passion it takes to succeed at PVDR
