With deep regret we have established a cancellation policy that goes in effect immediately.

At 4 Paws Play and Stay, LLC, we strive to provide a seamless experience for both our furry guests and their owners. Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, ensuring that you can make changes to your plans without the stress of losing a deposit.

2. No Deposit Requirement

We do not require a deposit at the time of booking. This means that you can reserve your dog’s stay with us without any upfront financial commitment. However, we do ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy to help us manage our bookings effectively.

3. Cancellation Notice

To cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our availability and accommodate other clients who may wish to book during that period.

4. Late Cancellations

If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time, we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to one night’s boarding rate. This fee helps cover the costs associated with holding your spot and potentially turning away other clients.

5. No-Show Policy

In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled boarding without prior notice, we will charge you a fee equivalent to one night’s boarding rate as well. This policy is in place because no-shows prevent us from accommodating other dogs who may need our services.

6. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unforeseen circumstance (such as a medical emergency), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
