🐾Our No-show policy. Please call 24-48 hrs before your appointment to let us know that you aren’t going to be able to make your appointment. Calling is the best way to reach us for a matter like this. We aren’t always able to look at our messages.

⭐️* Only expectation would be if you have an appointment Tuesday. You are more than welcome to message us as we will be closed 24-48 hrs before.

🐾If deposit is given and you show up to your appointment. It is then used towards your total. If deposit is given and there is a no-show deposit is non-refundable.

Summer is coming! 🌼☀️🌻 Time to get your pup a summer ready. Especially for our double coated dogs. We want to make sure your pups gets in a good deshedding before the overwhelming heat comes.

🚨 New late pick up policy. Effective as of 5/15. 🚨

If pup is picked up 2 hours after initial pick up call there will be an additional $20 dollar charge.

We have limited kennel space and personnel. It would be best to pick up your pup as soon as possible.

🌖🌗🌘 It’s almost time for the solar eclipse!!
We know that it is an exciting time but for our pups it may be a stressful. Here are a few tips to keep our pups safe. 🐶

1. Simplest & most effective way to keep your pups safe is to keep them inside. Keeping the pup inside reduces the risk of the pup being startled by the sudden darkness. They may run away or injure themselves. 🐾

2.Dogs are creatures of routine. Any significant deviation from the regular can cause stress and anxiety. It is recommended if you leave pup at home to keep some of the lights on.

3.Even with all the precautions, some pups can still show signs of stress or anxiety. It can be due to the sudden environmental changes or the excitement of the people. Avoid large or noisy places.

First: The service that started it all, Our DIY dog wash. Walk in anytime from 10am-6pm. We have everything under the sun that you would need to give your dog a good bath. 🛁 The do-it-yourself service is the heart and soul of our business.

Second: The We Do It For You! We understand that most pet parents don’t have time to give your dog a bath, clean teeth or clip nails. That’s why with any of our we do it for you services. The tidy up, the mini groom, staff bath and the full groom. All you have to do is drop off and pick up. It’s as easy as that. ✨

Third: The Full Professional Grooming. We have 3 groomers on staff that are ready to work their magic on your pup. We take in all breeds and all sizes.
This service includes all the works to give your dog the best spa day they have ever had. 🐾😊🐶
