Working in end-of-life care is so much more than death and dying.

It is the reminder of how truly fragile and precious life is.

It reminds me to savor life and to not waste time.

It has opened my eyes to a strong faith and the comfort that it brings.

It has shown me strength, bravery and resilience, but also vulnerability, curiosity and fear.

I see death… but I also see life and love, and that to me is a beautiful gift.
