For the first time ever, HSVMA will be awarding two $5,000 Compassionate Care Scholarships to veterinary technician students who demonstrate a commitment to animal welfare and represent a commitment to equitable access and inclusion within veterinary medicine via service or lived experience. Special consideration will be given students who identify as BIPOC and students who volunteer or work with underserved or marginalized communities. The application deadline is September 18, 2024. So please help spread the word to friends, colleagues, and students using the attached flyer!

Resting and Recharging

Our dear SDV family and friends! Our clinic will be closed Monday, July 1 through Friday, July 5 so our team can rest and recharge with their family, friends and loved ones! We will not have access to voicemail, email or our online pharmacy during that time! Be sure to reach out to us if you need any refills to get your beloved four-legged family members through our time off! We appreciate each of you and look forward to seeing you again on Monday, July 8!
