From all of us at AVC, we are wishing you and your family a very happy Thanksgiving! We are closed today, but will be back in action on Friday 11/29.

It is best to avoid sharing your Thanksgiving meal with your furry friends. Sharing is not caring, especially since these can cause GI issues or be toxic to your four legged family members. Here is a list of some foods to NOT give your pets this holiday season:

Turkey bones or bones of any kind, skin and gravy

Stuffing

Casseroles

Chocolate, cookies, pies and other sweets (as well as anything “sugar free” or containing xylitol, which is toxic for animals)

Alcoholic beverages

Raisins and grapes

Onions, scallions and garlic

Ham

Yeast dough

Fatty foods

Foods containing spices

Hello AVC Family,

We would like to share that our fabulous Sally will be retiring on April 25th. Sally has been a wonderful receptionist for the last 32 years.
