Many of you already know, but for those that don’t….Cory and I have sold the store to the Collins family! We hit many obstacles along the way, but in the end we are so proud of the store’s new location and the success it has brought. We know that Hunter will do a great job, as he has 4 years experience employed in the business.

We will miss the community and so many that have become friends. We will never forget how you all rallied behind us when our son needed extensive medical treatment. That fundraiser was literally one of the most memorable, heart-touching nights of our lives💜

Leaving the store is hard to put into words after Cory and his Dad took it over about 27 years ago. We’re not sure what is in store for us, but we look forward to seeing you all around town, or at the fair, or fundraising events!

Again thank you all for the many years of supporting our mom and pop feed store 🥰

So, with all of that being said, we hope to wish Collins Family much success in their future at Nipomo Feed!

They have successfully placed veterans and that makes my heart so happy! Who would like to help by purchasing hay or grain? They would love donations! We wanted to rewind yesterday a bit to take time & say a proper THANK YOU to those who have helped us over the past 2 months! Our 3 amazing employees are 1st on the list. Hunter Collins, Nikko Cano, and Christian Malaznik all endured more than their job title and moved/lifted an incredible amount of stuff, never a gripe out of them (to us anyway)! We get compliments from customers on all 3 of you all the time! THANK YOU! Next Dana and Robin Batchelor—we litterally could not have moved without you! Robin helped pack & un-pack boxes and pretty much set all the shelves in our new store, didn’t want to stop to eat lunch but we made them 😂 THANK YOU BOTH! Our family all stepped up —Cory’s mom, Josh, Tucker, Rylee, my sisters family, my brother ❤️ so fun to have you be a part of the exciting move!!! Our good friends Greg & Mike Lyon, Mikes son, and Mickey Finn & Ben Malaznik all took time to help with trucking!! Our neighbor, Phil Seglia of Whirling Spurs offered to sing at our Grand Opening and everyone LOVED them! You and your band made the Grand Opening GRAND, Phil-THANK YOU!!! Our good friend Angie helped scan in new inventory for several hours, which wasn’t easy but we did it! We had such a neat group of vendors with their crafting skills that were friends, family, & customers! We loved that they took time to set up and join us!! And lastly, we want to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to Lorna and Dave Kirk for allowing us to move in gradually a month before opening day to get set up, allowing us to literally close one door and OPEN another! THANK YOU BOTH FOR SHARING YOUR BARN WITH US. IT IS A DREAM COME TRUE TO HAVE US THERE ❤️❤️❤️ THANK YOU TO NIPOMO AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES FOR SUPPORTING US ALL THESE YEARS!
