Last year my favorite events were did at the farm were the U Pick flower events… This year we were mid move so didn’t get to plant a huge flower field but I’m already counting down to NEXT YEARS U Pick events, I just know they’re going to be incredible!

Do you know what time it is?! New Leg O’Clock!!

Stanley has finally reached what we believe is his full growth potential give or take a few pounds in his bikini season/bulking seasons so we have submitted all of his vet paperwork and mapped his legs and sent them off to his ortho office… and now we wait! His team thinks his new legs should be ready in a little over 3 weeks!

Something about Randall: Randall belonged to our neighbor at our last farm but was always a little on the feral side hissing at neighbors and their other cats but he sure softened when he met Farm Baby! He softened so much that our old neighbors and dear friends knew Farm Baby couldn’t leave him behind so they allowed him to come to the new farm with us 🐱 Another fun Randall fact… My baby said Randall before she said Mama.

You guys… I have some Stanley updates:
1. Today he had a fitting for his NEW big boy prosthetic legs! From this casting with his vet the prosthetics company will be able to map him a new set of legs and then hopefully we are only another month away from getting him into new legs
2. We were looking for some old videos of the start of his journey and I went to look up his news story and OMG! Open your internet app and search “Stanley goat Colorado “!!! How nice to be remembered by all of his friends!

One of the main reasons we moved was because a privately funded animal rescue farm is EXPENSIVE, every single year our feed bill gets higher and higher and we knew we needed to figure out something for long term success…

I feel like a lot of my posts look like this lately so I apologize but this is such a core memory ❤️ Before we started our family we talked forever about how we envisioned raising our kids and Farm Baby is just all around the baby of our dreams! She loves this life, loves helping with chores and has such a soft spot for her animals.
