December 1st - ArkansasCorgis.com
Traveled to Little Rock and Memphis areas this weekend. Four families got Pembroke Welsh Corgis. Three of them already had Pembroke Welsh Corgis bred by us, and some were 12 and 13 years ago.
One person drove 11 hours from Durham, North Carolina to get another Corgi from us. She loves her 35 lb 1 year old boy, and said all other Corgis are TOO TINY. She said her boy was bigger, and much longer than other Corgis. Now her Corgi has his own Corgi pup, and right away was curious and wanting to play.
This coming weekend a lady in Fayetteville gets her Corgi, then the oldest litter is all gone. She traveled nearly 4 hours to pick him out in person.
The October 20th Corgis are being weaned from mom over the next 2 weeks. Their ears are taped up this week, so by the weekend hope to get some great photos with ears up. Those all have homes waiting for December 13th.
The October 28th Corgis are waiting for DNA results, 4 have homes waiting, and other 4 are on our website: ArkansasCorgis.com
Around December 7th: "Hello, I'm Dolly" will have her first litter of Pembroke Welsh Corgis. I bred these Corgis for myself, because there's 25% chance of finding an IVDD Clear in the litter. I hope to find a boy, so he can go with my two IVDD Clear girls.
Sorry, no photos today. I know, most Corgi breeders do nothing but show photos. Any fool can look at a photo. A photo is all fools care about. "Pretty puppy, I gotta have it."
I prefer my Corgis going to homes where people can read and take the time to read. I prefer people who educate themselves about the breed, then make their decisions. That's the people I want to own my Corgis. I don't want to win over simple minded fools. My Corgis deserve the best people.
