A favorable review from a favorite client who is not on the Facebook: "When it comes to things that make me happy, nothing is higher on the list than my dogs; Kali and Olive. They brought the most joy into my life and taught me so many things. At 15 and 12, my girls and I spent a lot of time learning from each other. One of the most important things we learned was trust: they trusted me and I trusted them. It was easy to see when they were nervous about situations and people. Being a single dog dad that unfortunately had to work to keep food in the bowls, I was constantly having to find arrangements for care for them. Some worked and some did not. And they knew how to let me know when things were not working......use your imagination. When I moved to Asheville I was on the hunt for a new sitter. I did not know anybody in town, so I had no word of mouth referrals to rely on. I stumbled across Elisabeth on one of the sitting sites. Her resume seemed good to me so I booked a meet and greet with her and my girls. Mind you, I needed someone who could stay in my house overnight due to the needs of my geriatric dogs. Everything went great on that first meeting, and I decided to go for a two night trial. Well everything went great! Elisabeth sent me photos of the girls to keep me updated and when I got home everything was as if I never left. This was a big deal, Kali had to take Prozac due to separation anxiety. Needless to say I had found my sitter. I continued to utilize Elisabeth for over a year. There were some challenges, not with Elisabeth, but with my girls. Elisabeth took it all in stride, and if she had not kept me informed I would have never known anything had happened. Currently I am not using Elisabeth's services. Both my girls have passed. I do not have words to express how fortunate I am to have had Elisabeth as my girl's guardian while I was away. She was with Olive up until I could get home to see her off over the rainbow bridge. Elisabeth spent a sleepless night outside next to Olive, both waiting on me to get home. She was able to spend a few hours with Kali the day before she passed as well. She truly loved my girls and they loved her. You can rest assured that as soon as I get my next fur child, Elisabeth will be the first person I call. Hopefully, she will not be booked up!!!
