Zendog Spa defines a new trend in dog care with compassionate, dedicated and experienced groomers Thank you for understanding.

Effective Starting January 1st 2022:

All New Clients and any Existing Clients that have had a No Call No Show (NCNS) or Cancelled (CXL) with less than 24 hours left from their scheduled appointment time will now have to give a valid Credit Card number to keep on their file. Future charges for this sort of incident will result as follows:
• CXL with less than 24 hours until appointment time = ½ ch

arge of normal bath/groom price for existing clients and ½ of the minimum breed price for new clients
• NCNS for any client, existing or new = Full Charge of normal bath/groom price for existing clients and Full Charge of the minimum breed price for new clients. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause on your end, but we have had far too many of these type of incidents occur to not implement this new policy.
