🐶🐾 Beagle Mania 🐾🐶 Willie & Rusty are Wonder Weeks Puppies. They are learning house training, manners, obedience and doggy socialization skills. Puppies live in our comfy, cozy home with a loving pro trainer and her lovable Muttley Crew.
The Muttley Crew are trained dogs who guide, assist and play with client puppies & dogs. Most dogs are mentally 2-year-old toddlers for their entire lives. Dogs & toddlers easily learn by watching and imitating others. Our Muttley Crew accelerates client training success and makes their B&T experience so much more fun!

Our program includes our comfy-cozy residential B&T, private sessions, weekly group sessions and access and inclusion in our Video Library. Our video library 📚 is updated weekly with new training videos of each each new client dog.

🐾🐶🐾 Training Hound Dogs 🐾🐶🐾 Miss Luna is a typical hound who is ruled by her big hound nose. Unfortunately, her hound nose is the main source of her distractions.
Luna arrived with several issues. She was a leash puller and leash reactive. Now she is has great leash skills and improving every day!
Just like most dogs, Luna’s biggest challenge is self-control. She wants to bolt through doorways, gates and everything else. Our goal is to calm her down. We use different training skills to accomplish calming. Just like most dogs, Luna is a work in progress.

🐾🐩🐾 Training Doodles 🐾🐩🐾 Doodles tend to be HIGH energy dogs. Miss Dolce is no different. Unfortunately, sometimes high energy turns into anxiety and skittish. Dolce checks off both categories.
Dolce arrived with several issues. She was a leash puller and slightly leash reactive. Now she is has great leash skills and improving every day!

🦮🐾 Training Reactive Dogs 🐾🦮 Charlotte struggled with leash reactivity and growling when meeting new dogs. After our B&T program, Miss Charlotte has awesome leash & social skills.
Charlotte now walks at the Arboretum without any reactivity. And, she is quickly making doggy friends without growling. Mom is super happy and we are so proud of Charlotte..
Our holistic approach to dog training covers manners, obedience, leash training, self-control, lots of petting and lots of dog-dog socialization.
Charlotte arrived to training traumatized. She was terrorized by “A Dog Named Otto” for over 2 years. Needless to say, Charlotte was scared of other dogs!
Charlotte’s very happy, positive experience in our training program has reset her behavior. She is now dog-friendly off leash and not reactive on leash. We are so proud of Charlotte!

.✨🐕🕊 Happy Heavenly Birthday 🕊🐕✨ To our sweet Cognac. She was darling, gentle, lovable, hilarious and so tolerant of her mom’s antics. And, Cognac was BFF to our children and our sweet Calypso.
Yesterday was Cognac’s 15th birthday. She missed it by only 4 months!
We are comforted knowing Cognac is at peace and now plays eternally with Calypso, Chaos, Kelly, Kiwi, Cajun, Cadence and other doggy friends.

💀🐕🕸️ Halloween 2024 🕸️🐕💀 It’s a wrap! Clovers 1st Halloween, but missing our beautiful senior pups (Calypso & Cognac). We handed out candy to school children and neighbors. Walked to North AVL Rose Garden, which was hopping! It was great to see the holiday happiness despite Helene 🌀.

🌳🌀🏡 Hurricane Helene 🏡🌀🌳 We are devastated by the impact of Hurricane Helene in WNC. Our hearts go out to all those who lost their lives, homes, livelihoods and so much more!
While our North Asheville neighborhood was spared of flooding and mudslides, tree falls were extensive. And many tree falls were big old oak trees. 🌳 Over 15 trees came down just in our small neighborhood.
These photos document some of the tree falls in our neighborhood. We lost power for 2 weeks, internet for 3 weeks and still without potable water. But, we all know how lucky we are - Grateful 🙏
We are grateful, but feeling guilty we made it through with just some inconveniences. Some call it “guiltitude”.
Our dog training business is intact and taking new clients. We had 3 client dogs during the storm and aftermath. Everyone was safe & sound throughout!

🦮😁 Friendly Bentley 😁🦮 Bentley loves people, dogs and other animals. Maybe a little too much! You know the type …… cannot contain their excitement to be CALM. So, that is what we practice - being CALM in public places.
We practice daily training walks in very public places! Bentley is learning to SIT & STAY in busy public places. Children are a huge distraction for most young pups like Bentley!
