Information regarding awards:

Awards are given to the top 5 high point members in each age division (6under, jr, 13-17, 50 over, and Adults). Points are earned from the time membership is placed.

English, Western events and Games

We had 7.5 shows.
To be eligible for top 5 you must be a member and have ridden or showed in 50% of the shows.

Congratulations to all our riders for a great state show.
Cheatham county Saddle Club came in 5th overall.
That is out of 34 clubs!

Thanks to all our workers that helped out during 13-17 poles it was a tough class to work m.
Thanks to our Saturday gate workers as well.

Well our 2023 show season has come to an end!

We have had a great season.
Now time to get ready for state.

I would like to thank everyone that came out tonight to help support the Eggers family.
We raised 2750.$$ for them

Thanks to Cheryl Bryson Hunter for contacting Quinton Smith at the Fairgrounds about a lack of Space to warm up our horses and he's getting right on it ....as of now it looks to be the end of the outdoor arena near the big trash dumpster 👍💕😁... Cheryl always goes above and beyond

State Show information !

🐴🐴Friendly Reminder🐴 🐴

🐴 State Show Sign ups are Sunday 7/30/23 at 5:00

🐴 Everyone that will be running at State this year must sign a waiver of liability. There will be no EMS on site this year. I will have them at sign up

🐴 Please bring a copy of your coggins for each horse- good thru Sept.

🐴 We will have armbands for the weekend passes available (which is cheaper than buying at the gate) 10 in advance or 17 at the gate

🐴Each class is a $7.00 fee

🐴Also if you plan on bringing a golf cart, side by side etc. Write down the color, vin #, make , and model please No RZR

🐴Also if you plan on camping and need a site $65.00!!!!Kelli info will be posted with this reminder. Need those in by August 1st. If you have been and already have a stall send that money as well for your stalls $65.00. If you need a 50 amp that is 20 extra dollars.
If you plan to camp Wednesday night that is additional 20$

🐴If your needing a stall: DO NOT send stall money just put a note in there with your camp site money and Kelli will get you on the waiting list and if one comes available she will call you!!!

Sorry just no way it will dry up enough to get the tractor in.

And must have a date on it
NEGATIVE must be on the paperwork
Must be signed by VET and signature must be legible.

I must have a copy at sign up’s on the 30th with the information on it!

Hey horseshow friends,

Lots of folks are asking about the show Saturday night! We are going to try our best to get in the next 2 shows.
With that being said we will make a final decision Saturday around 1.

In regards of the benefit fish fry we have decided to move that to the 29th show.

We will let you know as soon as possible Saturday about the show.

Good afternoon horse-show family and friends.
As some of you are aware one of our members Jamie Eggers is battling cancer. Ben and Jamie are in Texas and Jamie has started treatment.

We as a club would like to support Jamie, Ben, and Keely as they go through this battle.

We will be having a Benefit Fish Fry on July 22 2023.

All proceeds made at concessions that night will go to the Eggers family.

Plates will be $ 10 for meat and 3

The T shirts that were ordered by several members will be at the awards banquet today. If you ordered some please be prepared to get them today. If the ones who ordered them aren’t at the banquet others will be able to purchase what’s left. They are $8. I paid for these out of my own pocket and just want to get my money back. So I realize I have ran out of time to send out my banquet flyer 😳! So I will be calling members tomorrow that do not have Facebook to let them know when the banquet is. We are asking that everyone bring a dish whether it be something like baked beans, mac and cheese etc or it can be a dessert! Please let me know what you are bringing!! Hope to see everyone there! I will be creating an event here on Facebook as well for RSVP!!

Ok the Awards banquet will be December 3rd at 230 at the Ashland City Church of Christ in Ashland City. Be on the lookout for a flyer and what to bring! I need everyone to RSVP by Nov 25 so we can order food.
**** It is very important that everyone attend the banquet as we will be electing new officers for next season, as we are all stepping down. If anyone is interested in running to be an officer please contact one of us. Hope everyone is doing well!

Just wanted to let everyone know I am working on getting high point awards ordered for the banquet and then we will set a date for it so be on the look out!!! Remember you have to ride in at least half of the shows to be eligible for an end of year high point award!!
