It has taken me a while to get to the point where I was ready to make this announcement public. Grand Paws Country Kennel will be closing its doors on October 30, 2022. If you have a moment please read this letter to all our wonderful clients that better explains the situation. Due to the closure, we are no longer taking on new clients as we would like to enjoy the remaining month and a half with our current clients while we wind things down. We will miss you all dearly and want to thank you all again for your support and trust in us to care for your furry family member(s)! It has been a wonderful two years!

October Dates to Note:
October 5th- Open 2-6 PM due to a AM doctor's appointment
October 20th-23rd CLOSED due to an already planned family vacation
October 30th Last Day Open

WELCOME BACK!! We have reopened, are in full swing, and ready for summer☀️. Neher Enterprises, LLC has done an outstanding job with Phase 1 of our kennel renovation! Their professionalism, communication, and dependability is admirable and we look forward to working with them again during Phase 2, when the time comes. While we are open please note that we are wrapping up and cleaning up from our current renovation. There may be a little longer walk to the kennel today and tomorrow for drop offs and we are still buttoning up some odds and ends. Check out the progress though!🤩

Side note: Our summer 🏝 bookings are filling up quickly! If you still need boarding please don't wait too long to contact us about a reservation. We currently have a few waitlists going!

🚨NEWS ALERT🚨 We are now working with a boarding kennel software called Gingr to better streamline our business and simplify pet care for you! Making reservation requests, payments, keeping track of vaccination records, and updates on your furry family member(s) will all be possible through your Pet Parent Portal. Please follow the link below to start creating your Pet Parent Portal on Gingr! You will need to fill out the information for you and your pet(s) and sign the new contract. Then, please let me know you've completed it so that I can add the vaccination records I have on file. If you would like access to the app, please message or text me and I will give you the code unique to Grand Paws Country Kennel. Gingr will be our primary booking service come April 1st and Gingr will be accessible via our website at that time as well. Please let me know if you have any questions!

🛠RENOVATIONS COMING SOON🚧- Phase 1 of our large outdoor renovation is set to begin this Spring with Neher Enterprises LLC! Attached is a rough idea of what you can expect when these renovations are complete. We will be creating new parking with a handicap accessible sidewalk that will lead to the kennel office for an easier drop off and pick up experience for our human clients. Our furry clients will be getting more square footage added to the backyard space and turf that will cover the runs to the yard, as well as, a portion of the yard itself. What will Phase 1 consist of, you might ask. The focus will be on the new retaining wall and grading which will provide the space for the new sidewalk to the parking lot. With this exciting news comes the down side. Grand Paws will be temporarily closed for Phase 1 starting Friday, April 29, 2022 to Wednesday, May 11, 2022. During all phases of this renovation we are trying our best to not conflict with our busy season, but thanks to our amazing clients and community that is getting harder to come by. If you have any questions please reach out; we would love to share more about this project with you or give other recommendations on places to care for your pet during our closer!
