New prices beginning in November. I forgot to add deshedding, no show policy, and late pick up fee.

Deshed will be $20 on top of normal bath fee.

NoCall/No show appointments will require a deposit after the first time.
Repeat offenders will have a $20 fee and full groom charge up front.

Late pick up fee. If you do not arrive with-in 45 minutes of being told your animal is ready for pick up, there will be a charge of $1 a minute for every minute after. Unless other arrangements have been made.

These are the last transports of 2023. Let's fill these vans!
You do not have to live there to use the cat transport. Open to anyone willing to drive to the locations. Any cat 3 months/3 lbs or older qualify. Cats 6+ years need bloodwork and cannot use the transport. There is a $5 gas surcharge per cat.
7am-730am pick up. 5 PM return

FERAL cat, male or female: $40 includes Rabies vaccine, parasite treatments. LEFT ear tip required. Must come in a humane trap.
Pets should come in a hard sided carrier lined with a towel and labelled with your name.

So my tub sprung a leak! Thanks to the neighbor for all his help in ripping the tub out of the frame, cutting water lines and copper piping and helping to carry it out the shop to be welded. Hoping we can get it all back together today so I can work tomorrow!

Just a heads up to all my fantastic customers. I am now booking in July! It is busy season for the pups and softball season for us, which means I am crazy busy all the time! Please try to book your future appointments at pick up. This will save both of us the headache of an overdue haircut! I am currently not accepting any new clients. I just don’t have enough hours in the day to get everyone in.

So I am pretty sure we just never get a break. On top of everything else happening, myself and my youngest have been down sick with fevers and everything else since the weekend. She went to the doctor to get swabbed and chest X-rays and some meds. If I don’t start clearing up soon I’ll be heading there myself. Most likely it’s the Flu and I’ll need antibiotics to help get past it. I saw a bunch of messages left for me, I’ll get to them as soon as I’m feeling human again.

I am officially book until Christmas, I won’t be taking any appointments until after the new year. Since I’ve been sick and cancelling I’ll have to squeeze those people in somewhere before the holidays. I am taking it day by day this week and will keep everyone who has an appointment up to date.

Thank you all for your understanding and patience with me on this majorly bumpy roller coaster ride called life.

****I am currently not going to be taking any new clients, except rabbits.****

I am so overwhelmed with new calls that I have officially become the person who doesn’t call back. Not because I want to be that person, but because I am just so far behind and can’t find the time to call them back.
Please understand, I have a family. My family will always come first. My 3 girls are very active year long in sports, which means mom is running A LOT! Especially when dad is stuck at work and not home to help out.

I am also going to have everyone make their next appointment at pick up. 6-8 weeks is the norm. Some (doodles) should do 4-6 weeks between grooms. Booking your next appointment ensures you get in, and saves me the headache of trying to find time to call people back.

Thank you all for the support, and I’m sorry I can’t fit more of you in. I am just one person trying my very best! ❤️

Today was a first for myself and Luna. She was a super sweet bunny and did fantastic for her first groom. I am currently working on my certification for rabbit grooming so if anyone has any pet bunnies they need groomed, I’m your girl.

Unfortunately, for the first time in over 10 years I will not be accepting new clients. This is only temporary. I am currently booking in July and just can’t keep up. I refuse to miss my kids sports games and spending some pool time with them this summer. They are only young once and I want to soak it up.

Friendly reminder….there is only one groomer at Woofs and Whiskers. I am the owner, so I am responsible for calling clients back (which I totally suck at by the way!), ordering items needed, making sure equipment is working and that I can replace what isn’t, keeping it clean and sterile and paying the bills on time (which I also suck at!) I am also the groomer and bather, and a mother of 3. I deal with things shop related and family related. Please understand you will not be able to call me and get your dog in that week or even the following. I am currently booking June 17th for day time and I’m into July for evenings. I HIGHLY recommend you make a follow up appointment when picking up your animals. If you don’t, I can’t guarantee you an appointment.

I wanted to remind you all that summer is approaching. This means I am filling up FAST! I also have very limited availability. I have 3 kids involved in sports. Between helping at their school functions, many many softball games (and practices) during the week, and tournaments on weekends that are farther away (so we leave on Friday night and stay until Sunday,) I am scheduling evenings in June and daytime appointments are almost 3 weeks out.

If you know you’ll need an appointment make it ASAP and reschedule when you are here. That is the easiest way to ensure you get your appointments.
