FOTAS - Friends of the Animals We are always looking for volunteers who would like to work with the animals, with potential adopters, and with the public (such as education in schools).

Friends of the Animals is a 501c3 organization that improves the quality of life for animals in Southern Oregon by facilitating adoptions, medical care, education, & resources to our community. Friends of the Animals (FOTAS) provides volunteers and funding to increase pet adoption, improve the quality of life for adoptable animals, promote spay/neuter, and participate in outreach and educational a

ctivities regarding responsible pet guardianship and animal welfare. And, of course we are always looking for funding to support those programs. Tax-deductible donations may be made through our website, www.fotas.org or by mailing a check to: FOTAS, PO Box 1153, Ashland, OR 97520. Thank you!

Our team has voluntarily stepped up to work additional hours this year so our community has extended emergency coverage on Thanksgiving. We’ll be here for veterinary emergencies tomorrow from 10am to 10pm.

JAZMIN IS SOMEHOW STILL AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! 🤯
This two-year-old Ridgeback mix is quite a gem! We are not sure why she is still with us, perhaps she’s been waiting just for you!
Jazmin is loving yet independent, she loves to be by your side, but isn’t a Velcro dog and can hang out on her own. She’s up for any adventure with you, from going to your local coffee shop to hiking up Table Rock!
She gets along well with other polite and playful dogs, has been sweet and gentle around children, and would make any family the luckiest family in the Rogue Valley!
She is potty, trained, walks well on leash, and has been very well socialized by her loving FOTAS Fosters!
