The Veterinary Oral Health Council (VOHC) awards its Seal of Acceptance to products that successfully meet pre-set criteria for effectiveness in controlling plaque and tartar deposition in dogs and cats. (the wriggling thing in the video) Hints: *This is a blood smear 🩸 *They can grow up to 12 inches long *They can be fatal if left untreated *We recommend giving a monthly prevention to prevent them *There are treatments available to kill the parasite in infected dogs, but no FDA approved treatment in infected cats

Who remembers the post we put up a couple months ago about the Guinea Pig our staff found under the cars next door?! Hank was adopted by one of our staff members and is living the good life now!! He’s gained weight, his hair coat has improved, he has a loving mom and a dog brother, loves bananas, and only sometimes mistakes your fingers for carrots 🥕💜🥰

This is how we feel about seeing our favorite pets dressed up for Halloween!

*Fear Free Movement* If you’re not familiar with what this means, Our mission is to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in pets. Here is a great example! This is Sam, who had a dental today with extractions. Waking up from anesthesia is sometimes ruff! Before this video he was panting, pacing, whining and anxious in his kennel. One of the Technicians Sam, brought him to her office, sprayed a towel with Adaptil Pheromone and played relaxation music and this is the result!!

We got to witness an awesome heartfelt moment tonight! Misi recently lost the use of her hind legs and hasn't been able to get around the past couple days. We helped fit her into a wheelchair to help her get around and she was finally able to feel like her old self again. We wish Misi our best in her new lease on life!! 💜💜💜
