Anyone interested in a chicken mix? Large mealworms and pupae. $15 per pound plus shipping.

The pupae honestly don't ship well, I wouldn't expect them to be hatch with a high success rate.

Getting the weekly (or every two weeks) update rolling. This is rough, it will improve over time :)

I've put together a rough spreadsheet detailing all the tasks and projects necessary to reach the goal of 2 million live mealworms per month. Organization and prioritization are key, and this spreadsheet is helping me stay on track.
One of the biggest challenges I'm facing is managing frass (waste) in the mealworm farm. As production increases, so does the amount of waste, and handling it efficiently is crucial.
I'm currently exploring options like using a chore-time augur to move the frass and considering different methods for weighing and packaging it.
