You think you are adopting a pet but really, you are adopting a survivor ; an animal that has made it through abandonment, abuse, or indifference. Still they choose to trust again. It is not " just a dog" or "just a cat" , but a miracle on 4 legs. Love them like the family they are and deserve to be. ❤❤🐾🐾

With high temperatures, we’re urging all pet owners to keep pets indoors as much as possible. Please:
✅ Bring pets inside after potty breaks
✅ Only take short walks early in the morning or late in the evening
✅ Keep fresh, cool water available at all times
Please REMEMBER if it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for them. Let’s keep our furry friends safe and cool. 💛

The heat is going to be stifling these next few days so remember, no dogs left in cars or walked on pavement. If you can, please supply the outdoor critters with fresh water, especially the birds. They will love you for it! ❤❤🐾🐾🐦🐦

We certainly believe in lots of walks and "sniffari's" for your dog, BUT do not forget to check any pavement before doing so. If the pavement is too hot for your bare feet, it will burn your dogs pads. Always check first. 🐾🐾❤❤

Another plea to put ID on your pets and better yet, have them microchipped. There is NO YEARLY FEE after chipping is done . The chip is about the size of a piece of rice placed under the skin of the dog, at the neck area. You do have to remember to notify the company if you have a change of address. Too many pets are found wandering and owners can't be found. ❤❤🐾🐾
