Our newest intake, a baby dove that looks like she was attacked by a cat. She’s eating and doing great!!! We have her on oral antibiotics and she is improving every day!

Our newest intake, it’s a little brown bat! He was found on the concrete not able to fly. We’re hoping that he will be able to take flight soon and be released. He likes his meal worms!!!

We would like to thank the Ashland Source for coming out and interviewing us! I feel like the word is finally getting out that we are here and ready to help! I would also like to personally thank my volunteers who work tirelessly to keep everyone fed and clean! Our busy season is over but I hope each of you come back next year! Thank you to all the kind hearted individuals who have reached out with donations and or brought in animals who, without you wouldn't have made it!
For so long the only resource in the area has been Wildlife Haven over in Crestline. I do some subbing through Jane Schnelker to help out and she has been such an inspiration and a fantastic teacher! Thank you Jane! Because of subbing for Wildlife Haven I have gotten some experience with a few level 2 species.
I am excited for this venture and to help the Wildlife of Ashland and surrounding counties!
