Riley bunny is looking for a new home. She's 10 months old and weighs in at about 5 lbs. She's fully litter-box trained trained and used to living in the home. She enjoys playing with toys, stack cups, and just hopping around. She's very inquisitive and would make an excellent companion for just the right person! Merry Christmas! We have two special boys here who need a home for the New Year:

Deebo is a shy male beagle somewhere around 5-6 years old. He was a stray picked up by animal control and went unclaimed after his holding period was up. He's been with us at Hanover Humane for several months now with no applications. He hasn't shown well to prospective adopters because of his shyness - he either avoided any contact with the new person, or barks at them. Deebo has really come around in his time here. He loves his time with our volunteers and staff. Once he's comfortable, he'll give kisses and snuggles. Like most beagles, he's not great on leash - his nose goes to the ground and he'll pull you to follow whatever scent he finds. He also is pretty nimble and will require a fenced yard with at least a 5' fence minimum. Deebo adores other dogs and loves to spend hours hanging out with them. Kurt is one of his best friends. Lets get Deebo a forever home to start the new year off in style. If you want to meet Deebo, please go to our website: www.hanoverhumanesociety.org and fill out a no obligation adoption application. Kurt is a 7-8 year old(possibly older, we're not sure) male hound who has also been with us for several months. He doesn't see that great, and sometimes bumps into things, but he loves to spend lots of quiet time snoozing nearby his favorite people. Kurt walks very well on leash, but only likes to go for short walks. He'll play a bit in the exercise yard, but mainly just wants to be with his human and doggy friends. He can, in true hound fashion, get over a 3'-4' fence easily - so he will also require at least a 5' fence. Kurt likes things quiet - while he loves other dogs, he gets snarky if they try to jump on him or jostle him around(probably because of his vision) - but if they want to curl up with him on the bed, he'll lay there for hours with them. If you want a quiet low-key buddy to hang with, Kurt is your man. Please help him start the new year with a new home. Old dogs are the best, and they have so much love to give.
