Private Sessions offered for dogs that would not do well in class situations, and families for whom Tuesday evenings aren't available. My philosophy, using only positive reinforcement techniques, is to help owners understand and define a consistent and successful method of communication between yo

u and your dog. The key to successful communication is mutual understanding and trust. You will learn to recognize how your dog already communicates with you, and you will begin to refine and build upon that communication. The dogs will learn daily manners, patience, leash walking, and a doggie bag of vocabulary words central to everyday communication. All classes are 6 weeks long, held on Tuesday evenings at Bay Area Pet Spa and Resort in Ashland. Class size varies, dependent upon class type, from 4 to 6 dogs per class. Syllabus is available upon request. Requirements:

All dogs and puppies over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered. No exceptions. All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella vaccinations, and all puppies must be up to date with age-appropriate vaccinations (Rabies 1yr, Puppy Distemper series and Bordatella).
