Prairiescape will be at the square this Saturday for Oakland's 4th of July celebration. We will be there from 8 to 2, so come by and get some beautiful native plants for your butterfly and pollinator gardens.

One more plant sale, this time at the Mattoon Albin Animal Hospital this Saturday the 12th. We still have a wide variety of tomato and pepper plants. Heirlooms and hybrids, beefsteak and cherries, frying peppers and stuffers, we have over 40 varieties. Weather permitting, we will be there all morning 8am to 2pm.

Prairiescape will be at the Oakland city-wide rummage sale this Saturday, the 7th, on Walnut street, at the north end of town. We will be at Albin Animal Hospital in Mattoon on Saturday May 14th, for the open house. Our tomato and pepper plants are ready to go to the garden!

2016 Prairiescape will be selling spring transplants in front of Albin Animal Hospital in Charleston. Barring bad weather, Saturday, April 30th, at 8 a.m., will be the first sale day. Weather permitting, we will be at Albin's every Saturday morning until we sell out. Prairiescape will also have plants for sale in Oakland during the city wide rummage sale Saturday, May 7. Look for us on the north end of town on Walnut street in Oakland.

Spring Plant Sale
If the weather cooperates, Prairiescape will be selling pepper and tomato plants this Saturday the 9th, from 8 to 1 at Albin's in Charleston. We still have a variety of heirloom and hybrid plants ready to go in the garden. We have a special for this Saturday, as a thank you to everyone who bought plants this spring. If you bring us your plastic pots to reuse, we will give you a free plant.

Spring Plant Sale Update
The weather isn't cooperating for a Saturday morning plant sale, so Prairiescape will be in front of Albin's in Charleston on Sunday the 26th from 11 to 3. This week we have a few more pepper varieties in addition to the selection of peppers and tomatoes we had previously.

Vegetable Plant Sale
Every Saturday this spring, next to Albin Animal Hospital in Charleston, you will find an interesting assortment of pepper and tomato cultivars. Some are old fashioned heirlooms and some are modern hybrids. All of them are locally grown by Prairiescape. Starting Saturday April 18th, weather permitting from 8am to 1pm.
