🐱Pennell Pet of the Week🐶
Meet Thor, a 9-year-old, 100-lb. German Shepherd. Thor visited us this week to have some sutures removed from a minor surgery and he's doing great. While in the office, his parents also picked up some ear medicine for him. We have been seeing Thor since he was a little puppy. Tell him he's a "good boy."

🐱Pennell RESCUE EXPRESS Pets of the Week🐶
Rosey (right) is a 5 year old Pomeranian. Her two puppies, Bear and Bethy are three months old. They were rescued by Rescue Express from a breeder in Lancaster County. Michelle and Carol, volunteers at Rescue Express, brought them in for shots and examinations. They will be heading to their foster homes soon. Fifteen-month-old Golden Retriever Nelly had her sutures removed from her spay. While she was in, she got a tune-up on vaccinations. Dan and Dr. Michele said she is doing great and can't wait for her next visit.

Parker the two-year-old mixed breed came in for a tune-up, got his annual bloodwork and a whole lot of belly rubs. We recommend annual blood work for all pets over the age of seven, but can run tests on any age pet. Talk to your doctor while you are here.

Princess is a 13-month-old Rottweiller who came in to get a nail trim. She loves belly rubs and her family. She is very excitable and difficult to photograph, but is a joy to have in our clinic.

Tebow the 13-year-old retriever visited us for his monthly Librela injection. His dad says that the osteoarthritis treatment keeps Tebow up and going in his Golden years.
