Little Misha is testing her costume for the Dog Day fashion show at Astoria Sunday Market to benefit the animal shelter. The time is 'the artful pooch', so this is her Andy Warhol Campbell soup can pop art costume. She hasn't tried to eat it, so she's proving that thing about goats eating tin cans as false 😊

The coldest winter has been this summer in Astoria! So a little baking experiment - little tart crusts made from my cheese puff recipe.
2 cups (16oz) soft goat cheese
1 cup brown rice flour
Mix well to combine into a dough, and press into oiled tart pans. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
Topping ideas?

Shut the front door! Spring is hoping I'm finished packing up for Astoria Sunday Market tomorrow, so she can close the shop door. I imagine when she's older, her mom, Summer, will show her the finer points of opening doorknobs. Sorry, the video is sideways, because goats..
