Meet the Family

Owners Bill & Ann Maner purchased the beautiful 44 acre Maner Horse Ranch in January 2009 in order to continue their dream of breeding, training, rescuing, and boarding horses on their gorgeous homestead. Bill Maner retired from the U.S. Army after a twenty year distinguished career. During his tenure he earned two Masters Degrees (MBA & MAPA) from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York. Ann Maner holds a BA Degree in Finance & Accounting. Ann is Level 2 Certified in Parelli Natural Horsemanship and is a Certified Equine Specialist in Eagala Horse Therapy. Bill & Ann take tremendous pride in keeping the Maner Horse Ranch a hospitable and a positive learning environment for horses and their owners.

Jacob & Sarah Biediger along with daughter Olivia also live and work on site. Jacob is a veterinary technician and husbandry manager for Ft. Sam Houston, he also has a passion for music and sound. Sarah is a Licensed Veterinary Technician (AAS in Veterinary Technology) and works at a mixed animal practice. We also breed Irish Jack Russells. We strive together as a family to keep our ranch beautiful and enjoyable for others. God has blessed us and we want to continue to bless others as well.
