Just a heads up to our clients. Currently both or farm truck and George's work van are out of commission. He is waiting to hear back from local mobile mechanic about his work van. Hoping to have it back in the road by tomorrow but that depends on how long it may take to fix. We will need to reschedule clients for today at least and see what can be worked out for tomorrow of necessary. Thanks for your patience as we work to get vehicles back on the road.

Just so clients can be aware, George may have to change schedules around for the next few days. Our granddaughter, Graycie Millard is still missing and we are focusing much of our time and energy in looking for her. Good morning! Due 4 Shoes is currently closed for the weekend. We will re open and answer any and all calls and messages on Monday. We are burning the candle and both ends and melting in the middle! We answers phones as early as 6 a.m. and get calls as late as 9 pm. We have to take a break once in a while. We are dealing with the farrier business, Michelle substitute teaching, aging parents trying to downsize and move, and moving our disabled daughter closer to us. We are not ignoring you, we are trying to balance and juggle everything and not lose our sanity! AND, we are not currently taking any new clients unless they are at a boarding barn I already work in. The work calendar year is filling up quickly with prescheduling

Hello Due 4 Shoes clients! We sure have had a wet/cold start to 2023! Trying to get schedules set (and reset due to weather) has been like trying to herd cats in a hurricane. If you have gotten lost in the shuffle, please message me again! Life is a bit more chaotic than usually for us right now but we are slowly getting back on track. When you message, you are welcome to set up a few appts in advance. It really helps to fill up routes and make sure George has full days of work. We pray you have a blessed 2023! George and Michelle

Have a few openings for appts between now and end of the year. Weather has been a huge factor in this month's scheduling. I know we have had to rearrange, cancel, etc. If you got lost in the shuffling around, please PM as soon as possible and I'll find you a date. Prayers for you and yours to have happy holidays! We only thought we were done for the season but it's playoff time and we are in round 2. Playoffs are held at McMinn High unless we lose.

Appt openings at JD Stables this upcoming Friday Sept 2nd. Anyone boarding there that may need to still get horses' hooves trimmed or shod, this is your chance! Please PM Due 4 Shoes and let me know so you can be added to his schedule that day. He will be at the barn until about noon (later if more clients schedule).

Good morning! Just a reminder for those wanting to schedule appts. The farrier is out by about 2 weeks at any given time. Depending on your area, you may have to wait that long before he comes back. We do our best to accommodate scheduling needs but sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day and days in the week. Scheduling in advance helps even if those appts have to be tweeked to close up gaps in his day. We appreciate everyone who has been setting up in advance. It sure helps! I'm still learning to navigate this business page and all it's buttons, bells and whistles, lol. I certainly don't mean to leave you out or behind, so if you don't see a response from me within a day, please shoot me another message. Sometimes so many messages come in in a days time, they get shuffled towards the bottom rather quickly. You can always call the business number as well 423-336-9988. I am back home after 4 years and can devote more time now to helping George with scheduling and general management of Due 4 Shoes.
