‼️REMINDERS‼️

We'll be closing on Thursday, July 3rd at 6pm and reopening on Monday, July 7th at 8am. If you're an established client, our on-call hours will be available from 8am-10pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Don't forget to refill your pet's medications and food prescriptions before we close! 🐾💊

Also, a friendly reminder that this time of year can be stressful for pets due to fireworks 🎇️. Keep your furry friends safe by double-checking leashes and harnesses, and make sure you have an updated picture of your pet on hand in case they get lost. This time of year is peak season for lost pets😔

Please stay safe, and we'll see you when we reopen!

🥵🌡️🔥 HEAT ALERT 🔥🌡️🥵

Today and the next upcoming days are going to be extremely hot! Here are some tips to help keep our furry friends safe:

• Provide shade and cool water.

• We all know our furry friends love to be outdoors, but for their safety let’s limit that the next couple of days and keep them indoors as much as possible! This includes limiting their walks and exercise!

• As a reminder, our cars become extremely hot and internal temperatures can be hotter than the outdoors.

• Things like Ice packs wrapped in a towel, or a wet cold towel can also be very helpful to us in these circumstances. Much like us, our animals can become overheated, so putting these tools on their paw pads, groin and armpits can help keep them cool! If you notice signs of Heat Stroke, hose your dog off with cool, NOT cold water and contact your veterinarian as soon as possible!

🇺🇸Important Memorial Day weekend reminder!🇺🇸

Our Animal Hospital will be closed on Monday, the 26th, but we'll reopen Tuesday, the 27th at 8am-6pm with our regular business hours. If your pet needs emergency care on Monday, our on-call services are available from 8am-10pm for established clients only. Don't forget, today and tomorrow are your last chances to get medication refills before the holiday weekend! We're busy filling requests, so thank you for your patience and kindness. We'll see you all Tuesday! Please enjoy these pictures from the past couple of months!♥️ Have a safe Memorial Day!

Important reminder for pet owners! If your furry friend is scheduled for vaccinations and is unwell, please give us a call before bringing them in. This helps us schedule accordingly and ensure your pet receives the best care possible. Sick pet appointments often require more time and attention, as we need to run diagnostics that can take longer than 15 minutes to complete. By bringing them in for their scheduled vaccinations without notice of them being unwell, it may take time away from another patient who has a scheduled appointment.

Memorial Day hours: Our clinic is closed, but on-call emergency services are available from 8am-10pm for established clients. We will reopen on Tuesday, the 27th, with our normal business hours. If your animal needs any medications filled please give us a call so we can refill those scripts before the holiday weekend! Please be patient with our staff as we are all very busy filling these requests!☎️

We wish all of you and your fur babies a safe and happy holiday weekend♥️

Bad News Bernie (a local celebrity) has a confession to make: he has a soft spot for the vet. This preference, nonetheless, is not driven by his appreciation for medical interventions or yearly evaluations, but by his irresistible urge to sneak into our treatment room and explore!🤣

🪥February is National Pet Dental Health Month🪥

We want to remind you all how important it is to take care of your furry friend's teeth!🦷 Did you know that:

• 85% of pets have dental disease by age 3.

• Poor oral health can lead to painful infections, bad breath, and even heart and kidney problems.

• Regular dental cleanings can help prevent these issues and help promote a healthier life.

At our clinic, we recommend:

• Regular dental check-ups! During annual wellness exams, we examine your pet's mouth to assess their dental health. This evaluation helps us identify any potential oral health issues.

• Professional dental cleanings to remove plaque and tartar.

• A balanced diet and healthy snacks to support oral health.

Let's work together to keep our pets happy and healthy! Their bite may actually be worse than their bark… or meow🪥
