This morning I'm using some of those beautiful eggs in 100% fresh-milled whole wheat raisin bread! 🥰 Although I grew up on fresh-baked whole wheat bread, we recently discovered Sue Becker's "Bread Beckers" on YouTube, where she describes all the health benefits of using freshly milled flour. She was a food scientist by trade, working for some of the large food corporations in food engineering before she discovered whole grains. Using the fresh-milled flour instead of pre-milled flour has helped people recover from everything from severe IBS/gluten sensitivity to watching warts disappear! 📣 We have a BIG announcement for our Silverudds!! 😍 In the past we have tested our roosters for homozygous blue egg genetics, but this year we took the extra step to test ALLLLLL the hens as well. A huge THANK YOU to Freshly Picked Chicks for extremely fast dna testing!
