Due to the extended length of time for this amazing dog that has stolen the hearts of all of our staff, we are pulling our resources together to cover Penny’s adoption fee to help find her the forever home she deserves. Penny originally came to our shelter in February with 5 puppies who have all found forever homes, and today she still remains excited everyday for the chance of getting out of here 😢

Penny is a 2-year-old Husky mix who's been with us for way too long. She's super friendly, never meets a stranger, and is an all-around amazing dog. We can't figure out why she's still here! Penny has the cutest personality that you’ll be sure to fall in love with.

She is eager to learn, loves attention, and just wants to be cuddled and pet. She has completed all of her heartworm treatment here at the shelter, but it breaks our hearts to see her locked in a kennel for so long.

Senior Dog Alert! 💖

Meet Dory, a gentle senior yellow lab with a heart full of love. Dory came to our shelter after the sad passing of her owner, and despite this difficult change, she's remained remarkably sweet and affectionate. We don't have much information about her past or her exact age, but our veterinarians have given her a check-up and determined she just needs a little extra TLC as she moves forward. Dory may not be the fastest pup on the block, but she still adores a leisurely game of fetch and enjoys the simple pleasures in life. If you're looking for a loving, loyal companion to share your home with, Dory is incredibly deserving of a peaceful and happy forever home.
