Hello, Happy Tails, family, and friends!
I would like to address the grooming portion of the business. I'm a one person operation, which means when I'm grooming and someone comes to the door, I have to stop and put the pup in a kennel and tend to the person at the door. When I'm done, I go back to my groom. This may happen once during the day or could be 10 times. Not to mention if something out of the ordinary happens to throw the day completely out whack.
This is why I can't give an accurate pick-up time.
Since I don't use restraints on my grooms...when and/if the groom gets anxious or stressed, we take breaks.
I do all my grooming outside under the patio awning. If the temperature gets too cold or is it raining sideways, I avoid grooming.
When presented with a horribly matted dog, I can not guarantee anything. I try my best to salvage as much hair length as possible.
One last thing...when paying via PayPal or Venmo, please make sure to pay as Family and Friends. If you choose to pay as a service, it deducts 3%off my total. Please know that if there's an issue, I will make it right, without taking 3% off of my total.
