If you’re walking your fur babies in this extreme heat, just remember that the pavement or asphalt can be up to 40 degrees warmer than the air temp! Look out for those paws and stay hydrated and in the shade if possible! 💙🐾

Over the past five years, we have been blessed enough to work with several amazing families and some wonderful dogs, cats, and large animals/livestock. We offer daily, scheduled visits including feeding, medication administration, check ins, dog park outings, and so much more! We absolutely LOVE our job, and we have a passion for animals of all kinds, shapes, sizes, and personalities. We know that each pet is unique and that every one of them deserves the best care possible, and we promise to provide the care they deserve! FAQ’s • Is there a limit on a number of dogs per walk per household? A- Absolutely not! The more the merrier! A $5 fee will be added for families with over 3 dogs. • Do you only check on or visit with dogs? A- Absolutely not! We love cats, birds, and animals of all kinds! Ask for special rates based on the type of animal! • Do my dogs need to be vaccinated? A- If you request a trip to the dog park, out of safety for your own animal, we do require that they be vaccinated to ensure their immune safety. • Do my dogs have to get along with other dogs? A- Absolutely not! We give each animal one on one attention. We will never mix dogs together that are not from the same household. • Do I have to commit to a weekly schedule? A- To best serve you and your fur babies, we ask that you commit to a weekly schedule. Times and days are subject to change based upon your own needs. If we can plan ahead of time to accommodate your family’s needs on a specific time or day of the week, we can organize our route and schedule to accommodate your exact request. • Is this a contract that I am bound to? A- Absolutely not! We understand that life happens and days and schedules change. We do ask that you kindly give us at least 24 hours notice for changes that you are aware of. Emergency situations are totally different, of course. If we do not receive 24 hours notice for a change in schedule, the day/visit will be reflected on your weekly statement left after the final visit. • When do I have to pay my balance? A- We ask that you leave us payment for the previous week’s visit(s) on the first day of the following week. For example, if our last visit day of the previous week was Friday and you have a Monday-Friday schedule, and we leave your weekly statement reflecting a balance of $120; we ask that you have that payment ready on our first visit the following Monday morning. • How may we pay for your services? A- We can accept cash or check. Special circumstances for credit or debit cards may be considered. • How do we check your references? A- Please check out our page where you can see previous client reviews. We are also happy to present you with names of current and previous clients who would be happy to tell you about their unique services and business with us here at Rest Easy Pet Care. • Can we schedule a meeting to meet you in person? A- Absolutely! We always like to meet our clients and their fur babies before we begin our weekly schedule. We like to answer any and all questions that you may have and also address any concerns. • Do you have any medical experience with animals? A- Yes! We have administered multiple kinds of medication to animals of all kinds. We previously worked for the TN State Veterinarian where we learned a lot about animals and their unique makeup. • Do you Farm Sit? A- Yes! This is usually a month to month or quarterly service as we usually only farm sit when a family is out of town on vacation or when a family emergency takes place. Call for special rates. • Do you have a reliable mode of transportation? Will my animals be safe with you going to the dog park? A- Absolutely! We have 2 vehicles and the primary is a mid size sedan with a pet area in the back fully equipped with seat belts and leash attachments. • Will I get photos and check-ins from your daily visits? A- Absolutely! We always check in when we first arrive and when we leave. We also love to take some fun photos to send during each outing. If we have your permission we also post fun photos on our website and social media. • Will I have different people in and out of my house? A- No. The only people who will be on your property and taking care of your fur babies are Seth and Taylor Barselou. • Will you also get the mail and water my plants? A- Absolutely! Just leave us instructions and we will take care of that for you! • Do you visit on holidays? A- No. We take time on holidays to spend time with family and friends and our own fur babies.
