mers coming and going and having to stand during a groom, is enough to make any dog nervous and anxious. So I've took away the cages, the restraints, the all day stays, the chaotic noise and have created an environment dogs can finally trust and feel comfortable in. Some owners have been told their dog wasn't very good for grooming. I find, taking away the negative aspects of the groom session, makes for a very good experience for your baby and the Groomer. All services are by appointment only. Grooms are done from start time of appointment til finish. You'll receive a call 15 minutes before your baby is ready for pick up. There will be a babysitting fee applied for dogs not picked up on time. All grooms are confirmed with a non refundable prepay for service. There is no reimbursement for missed, canceled or no show appointments. The appointment block of time you placed on my schedule belongs to you, even if you are unable to keep your appointment.
