Feature Friday is here and we are so excited for you to see who stopped in today to see us!

Everyone meet Maggie!!🐶🦴

Maggie is 14 weeks today and came in to get some of her puppy vaccines.
(Maggie wanted us to remind everyone how important it is to get all your vaccines to keep your pets healthy and safe!!😉)

Some of Maggie’s favorite things to do is follow her mama around wherever she goes! She loves to play with toys, but especially her duck that squeaks!! After a long day of walking with mom and playing with toys, you can find her snuggled away somewhere napping! 💕🐾

We are so glad Maggie chose us to take care of her, and we can’t wait to see how much she has grown at her next visit! 😊

Happy tips/tricks Thursday everyone!! 👋🏻👋🏻

Cold weather is coming up!! Have you ever struggled with keeping your pet occupied during fall/winter??❄️🍂
We wanted to give you a few ideas ahead of time so you guys can plan/prepare!

Indoor activities 🏡🎾
- Treat dispensing balls. This is a great way to keep your pet occupied for a few hours + you can change the treats out so they don’t get bored with the same old flavor!
- Fetch indoors. If you have the room in the house to throw a ball/toy around for your pet to chase. This would be a great way to get some energy out of your high energy pets!
- Work on obedience skills. Whether you’re working on enhancing your dog’s skills for competitions or simply making sure your dog can listen and respond to you in a positive way. This will keep them occupied for a while + grow your bond as pet/ownership.

Happy World Kindness Day!💕🐾

We wanted to start this post off by saying thank you to our wonderful vets here at Timbercrest and all they do for us!

If you are a pet lover just like we are we wanted to give you some ideas to do today, and everyday to show kindness to animals & your veterinarian!🐶🦴

For animals -
1: Volunteer at your local animal shelter.
2: You can donate used towels, blankets, toys, or leashes to an animal shelter.
3: Fostering an animal can improve their social skills and increase their chances of being adopted.

For your Vet clinic/Vet
1: Reach out to your Vet and let them know how appreciative of them!
2: Send pictures of your pets at home doing better after receiving care!
3: Bringing snacks anything to show appreciation to your vet and/or vet staff are always greatly appreciated!

Benny is a 9 month old St. Bernard. Although Benny weights 119lbs 😱 he is still a puppy who loves to play!
Benny enjoys playing with his foster brother at home! Sometimes he even gets to go to work with dad!! 🐾

Happy fall yall! On Thursdays we wanted to start offering some fun tips or tricks to help with your pets at home!!

Fall season is here and is in full swing, and what do we all love during fall?? All things pumpkin spice!!🎃🍁

We all love fall scents and wall plug ins to keep our home smelling great! Did you know that some pets have an irritation to certain scents and essential oils?? The best thing to do before buying any scents is to check with your vet or do some research to see which ones are safe for your pets.🐶

If you do use plug-in air fresheners, you can try to ventilate the area. You can also try to keep cords and outlets out of your dog's reach by hiding them behind furniture or using cord concealers.

Dr. Wayne and Taylor are the girls to call for all your large animal questions and needs. These girls are always in the best spirits and make the most out of all the crazy situations that come into our clinic. 🐄🐷🐴

Everyone meet Silo!! 💙

He is 10 weeks old and came in today to get his first round of vaccines.
Silo loves to chase bugs and keep mom on her toes most days! Although Silo is a normal active puppy, he will never turn down snuggling up somewhere and taking a nap! 😴

We are so excited to see Silo back in a few weeks to booster all his vaccines. 🥰
