First of all, I would like to apologize to all customers. We are very grateful to our customers for supporting us but also very sorry that you have not received the fish you ordered from us from last month.
We understand that as a customer, when you make a purchase, you expect to receive your item as quickly as possible. We know we've let you down and we're really sorry. We once again apologize to all customers because we have received information late and we have not thoroughly resolved and responded to customers' questions and concerns.
With the desire to make up for your wait, we would like to give you our 10% discount voucher, applicable for your next purchase.
On December 28, 2021, we received news that in Thailand they canceled my shipment to the US. We hope everyone can understand and sympathize with this delay. We will try to fix it and not let it happen again.

Chúng tôi hiểu rằng với tư cách là khách hàng, khi bạn mua hàng, bạn mong muốn nhận được hàng của mình một cách nhanh nhất. Chúng tôi biết rằng chúng tôi đã làm bạn thất vọng và chúng tôi thực sự rất lấy làm tiếc. Chúng tôi thành thật xin lỗi tất cả các khách hàng bởi chúng tôi đã tiếp nhận thông tin chậm trễ và chúng tôi chưa giải quyết thấu đáo cũng như trả lời câu hỏi và thắc mắc của khách hàng.
