More pets go missing on the 4th of July than any other day of the year. Follow these helpful tips on keeping every member of your family safe tomorrow:

🐾 Ensure your animals collars and tags are secure and updated with the appropriate information. This includes their microchip registration!
🐾 Take earlier walks, and if you need to take your animal outside during fireworks, make sure they are secure in case they get spooked.
🐾 Designate a quiet and safe location in your home for your animals to rest. A sound machine or gentle music can help soothe any anxiety. Utilize crates for dogs so they are safe and contained!
🐾 Frozen Kongs or lick mats can help keep pups entertained and enriched during the events - you can use peanut butter or pumpkin!

During Zoe's first checkup at Remedy, we discovered multiple cancerous masses on her leg and chest. Her owner, Deborah, was determined to do everything possible to give Zoe the care she needed. With the help of our incredible team, volunteer veterinarians, and generous community support, Zoe underwent surgery and made a full recovery!

Now cancer-free, Zoe is thriving and spreading joy with her family. We’re so grateful to be part of her journey and look forward to many happy visits ahead!

3-year-old Roscoe came to us with itchy skin and ear discomfort. After diagnosing allergies and an ear infection, we created an affordable treatment plan, caught Roscoe up on vaccines, and started him on flea and heartworm prevention.

His owner, Michael, said, “I was so happy to find an option we could afford, so Roscoe could feel better. He deserves the best.”
