We’re thrilled to announce that Tabitha Mason-Elliott, our Head of Production and Partner, has been elected as the Chairperson of the AICP National Board of Directors. The AICP represents 360+ independent companies specializing in commercial and post production across the United States. Previously, Tabitha served as the Vice Chairperson for two years.

She has spent seven years on the National Board, contributing in many areas of the organization such as union negotiations, production seminars, equity and inclusion initiatives, awards shows, and creating industry best practices. As the second female chair of the AICP and the first person of color, Tabitha’s leadership aims to champion fairness and inclusivity for all independent companies, including Bark Bark.

As a company owned and led by women, we want to support women in our industry by creating a community for connection. Our goal is to guide conversation around shared experiences, foster relationships, and discuss our changing industry.
