We wanted to give a warm welcome to our newest GoodVets West Buckhead doctor, Dr. Brandi Bailey!

Dr. Bailey, originally from Knoxville, TN, developed a profound passion for animal welfare and recognized the significance of the human-animal connection from a young age. She completed her undergraduate studies in Agricultural Sciences at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN, and later earned her DVM degree from The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Bailey thrives on fostering strong relationships with both pets and their dedicated owners, with a primary emphasis on client education. Her professional interests encompass dentistry and soft tissue surgery.

Outside of her veterinary work, Dr. Bailey indulges in her love for traveling, gardening, hiking, cooking, and cherishing quality moments with her husband and two sons.

Happy National Rescue Dog Day! The next time you are in the market for a companion, consider adopting from a rescue/shelter rather than a breeder. There are millions of dogs in shelters looking for their forever family. You can find rescue dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages, making it easier to find your perfect match.

If you are unable to adopt, you could also consider fostering or simply donating to rescues in your area to help in any way you can.
