This Field Trial is held under the Rules and Procedures of the American Kennel Club.
All Stakes Open to All AKC Registrable Pointing Breeds
Entries: Limited to the number of dogs which can be run during the available daylight hours and
entries will close when that limit is reached.
Entries will close on November 11, 2024 at 3 PM
Drawing will be on November 11, 2024 at the
above address.
No telephone entries – E-mail entries will be accepted. Fees will be paid in advance by check or
through Bird Dog Stakes, unless prearranged with the FT Secretary. Failure to pay required fees
will result in the loss of the privilege to compete in this or future events.

Important Information:
• Travel with all CURRENT HEALTH RECORDS for all animals as required by law.
• This is a walking trial. No horseback handling. Judging will be by horseback. For scouting and
gallery, horseback is allowed.
• The trial will be run under Flexible format.
• The club reserves the right to rearrange the running order and/or rearrange judges if
circumstances require the stated plan be altered.
• Bi***es in season may not compete, unless accommodation can be made to run as last brace without
a male dog.
• For any retrieving competition, handlers, judges, and gallery must wear blaze orange as required
by AKC.
• Entrants are responsible for complete and accurate information when entering.
Entries must be complete with AKC Registration number. If pending number, enter ”Pending” on form
and contact Field Trial Secretary promptly with the number when received. Invalid or incomplete
entries will not be drawn.
• Directions: From Allentown: Take Balls Ferry Road (112) NE for 14.3 miles to Toomsboro Road and
turn Right. Continue for 3.3 miles to Old Toomsboro Road , another 0.2 miles. Then turn Left on
Oconee Church Road for 1.6 miles to the site.
• From Dublin: Take 441 North for 4.2 miles to Old Toomsboro Road and make a slight right for 5.3
miles. Turn right onto Oconee Church Rd and proceed for
3.2 miles to the site.
• Camping: Camping is permitted on the grounds. There is no dump facility. We will need to locate
a water source.
• Water and Toilet Facilities: Porta Potties and non-potable water will be available. Bring
personal water.
• Cleanup: Please help keep grounds in good condition by filling your holes and scattering manure
prior to leaving. Please drive only on designated areas.
