🚨 URGENT FOSTERS NEEDED! 🚨 We're finally able to complete a much-needed renovation to the entrance of our dog intake area. The deck has seen better days and is becoming dangerous for our staff and pups. We want to find temporary foster homes for the pups currently residing in the intake section.

Construction 🚧 will be loud and cause stress for the dogs, so we would love for them to have a temporary spot to rest during construction. The project will last from 📅 November 3-16, so your foster pup will be back at the shelter in plenty of time for your holiday travel. There are 30 dogs 🐶 who need a placement, and we would love to find a spot for all of them.

Our top priority is to find a foster for our pup, ✨Zeus✨, pictured here. He lives in the kitchen of the Cat Cottage, and finding a foster for him would mean opening up the kitchen as a temporary entrance to dog intake while construction is going on. He's also very anxious in the shelter and would love a quieter place to rest.

Halloween in EAV - otherwise known as EAV-O-Ween, is tomorrow, Sat., Oct. 26th! 🎃🍫🍬 If you’re new to the area, it’s a huge Village-wide event & fun for all ages.

As always, we’ll be handing out treats for both kids (gluten-free) & pets, from 3-5pm in the store.

Okay, actually, pets can get treats all day just like every day, but if your pet loves trick-or-treating too, bring him or her out to the Village for lots of fun!

We opened in East Atlanta Village at the end of May 1999 after experiencing first-hand how nutrition and natural remedies could completely change a pet’s life, and we were the first independent pet supply store anywhere in the area at the time.
