Devin is a kitten abused by a child at 5 weeks old, causing paralysis from the waist down. Angels Among Us Pet Rescue rescued him and this is his story.

Well we had a party for my little brother David.
Now he's all passed out, 😆
He just can't handle his cake and ice cream.
So I'm watching 👀 him to make sure that the others don't bother him.
Being a big brother is tuff.
