Good morning! Don't forget Fall themed treats are available on the website https://www.stephspetpastries.com. I use only quality ingredients, with no preservatives, no sugar and no harmful dyes or ingredients whatsoever! And, I dehydrate all of my dog cookies after baking them so that they have a MUCH longer shelf life. Or, you have a choice of soft treats as well. I use Non-Fat Greek yogurt for any pupcake frostings, and EVERYTHING can be refrigerated or frozen for longer shelf life. I also have HUMAN treats on the website as well. PayPal is now available on the website too! 🐾🍂🍁

Good morning. I am so sorry for going back & forth with this, but I am reopening my website & page for Steph's Pet Pastries. These past 6 months or so have been the biggest roller coaster ride I've ever been on trying to figure out my career path, and what I can afford/can't afford to do. But, I ended up resigning from my night job the other day because of the treatment I continued to receive for no reason, so now I just have my full-time day job. I am not leaving my day job nor do plan to, but I am going to attempt one more time to reopen my bakery to do on the side & see how it goes financially. I am going to have to order supplies as I can afford them so please be patient when placing an order, but PLEASE place orders. Please share my business with your friends, family, co-workers, fellow pet lovers, etc. This is what helps me be able to afford to keep going. Once again, thank you so much for your support. 💜

Good morning. If anyone was wanting to come see me at the Atlantic Beach Farmers Market today, I won't be there. I will be working at my other job. The city is only allowing food truck vendors at the market today because they can be on the concrete. The ground is still too saturated for other vendors. Please go out & show your support though. It's going to be another beautiful day! I wasn't able to attend last Sunday either because I was sick with a stomach virus plus my packaging supplies were delayed because of Helene. A new HUMAN friendly recipe on the website. A much healthier version of one of my favorite Fall donuts . . The Apple Fritter 🍎 Baked, not fried. The Donut:
Organic oat flour
Brown rice flour
Unbleached all purpose flour
Tapioca starch
Non-fat Greek yogurt
Maple syrup
Organic apples (I saute them in honey & cinnamon 1st to make them soft and more flavorful)
Organic applesauce
Cage free egg
Cinnamon
Baking powder
Pure vanilla extract
Topping:
A little bit of melted, unsalted butter to make a crispy top, &
Coconut sugar w/ cinnamon, OR
Traditional vanilla icing (Icing sugar, milk & pure vanilla extract)

Thank you to those of you who choose to continue to support my small pet/human bakery. Even when life is busy, you don’t forget about me. I know it’s not as convenient as being able to walk into a store, or ordering for shipments to automatically be sent to your doorstep on a regular basis by big corporations. And, I can’t always be at a market anymore because I have to work at other jobs now too. But, I definitely try to make it as convenient and affordable as possible. It hasn’t been an easy road, but the support that I do still get is what keeps me going. Maybe one day I will have my own little store front, or maybe not. But, either way, I’ll never forget the love and support that I received from my die hard customers who showed me how much my hard work meant to them, and who told me to keep fighting 💜

Hello. I know only about 5 people will see this (because that's just how Facebook business pages work now unless you pay them to advertise your posts), but I just wanted to let "everyone" know that I have been absent for several reasons. One being I had to get 2 other jobs to support myself & my 2 teenagers because I was not bringing in enough money from the bakery, especially with inflation. The second being that after I found the 2 other jobs my intentions were to still keep baking on the side for online orders only, which I was doing, until I caught COVID for the 1st time about a month ago, which hit me extremely hard & I am still feeling the effects of it every day. This put my baking to a halt becuase I no longer have the strength or energy to work 3 jobs. However, I will no longer be working at one of my jobs after the end of this week, so I will resume baking for online orders starting the week of Sept. 2nd, & will resume being at the Atlantic Beach Farmers Market as well on Sundays starting Sept. 8th. Thank you all for your patience & support.

Unfortunately, I was not making enough money, so I had to get a full-time day job, and an another side job on the weekends to be able to make ends meet, so I will only be filling online orders at www.stephspetpastries.com.
