Keeping the dogs used to interior drone noise. Using a DJI Avata 1. Decoy is going to utilize the shield in order to block the dogs so they have to take a leg bite. If your dog does not like doing leg bites, it’s a good exercise with the plastic shield because the decoy can pin them into the corner which eventually it will cause them to take the leg.

The City of Rock Valley and the Rock Valley Police Department want to congratulate Officer Kerr and K9 Gus for a job well done. The pair recently competed in the 2026 Regional Detector Dog Certification/ Narcotic Trials held in Burlington, Iowa. They teamed with other K9s from the Sheldon Police Department, Lemars Police Department, and the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office.

Their team finished in 1st place with K9 Gus scoring 198 out of a possible 200 points. Great Job! Keep up the good work! 😀
