We would first like to start off by saying thank you so very much for the support during the 2023 year! We have enjoyed not only the fur babies but the amazing customers that come along with them! As many of you know Bo and Blakelee Ramer took over ownership of K-9 Kleaners in May of 2023. During that time we have transitioned and learned everything while keeping everything as close to the same as possible. With our great customers support, and awesome staff members we have been able to keep both locations opened and running full throttle.

With that being said we would like to start the 2024 season off with a few changes as we have two facilities and would like them to be the same so it’s easier to keep up with. Even with the increases in prices, shipping, handling, and cost of living we will NOT be increasing our prices at this time, yet we will be adding more services to better accommodate our customers. We WILL be updating old prices to the 2023 prices. The new changes are as follows:

•All boarding and grooming appointments will need a card on file to book due to so many last minute cancellations, all of our groomers have at least an hour commute to and from work each day, when you cancel, they don’t get paid.

•All credit and debit card charges have a 6% fee added on due to transfer/transaction fees. 💰USE CASH TO AVOID THESE FEES💰

•Our shop door will be locked at 5 each evening. If you are going to need other accommodations please reach out and we will help you however we can IF possible. All of our employees have a family to go home to each day. Any pups left after 5, will be transferred to boarding, and can be picked up during the next available business hours.

•24 hour cancellations fees with both grooming and boarding will be enforced. If failure to cancel during that time frame or show up you will be charged a $15 no show fee for grooms, a 10$ no show fee for baths, as well as a $20 no show fee for boarding per dog.

•All tips are given to your groomer or bather starting January 1. The tips are no longer split between the whole shop, please let our receptionist know who you tip and how much at checkout. ALL groomers and bathers work extremely hard and are allowed to receive tips, all tips must go through the front desk for tax reasons.

•During Holiday Season Weeks which include, Spring Breaks, Memorial Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years etc. there will be a 72 hour cancellation policy; failure to cancel during that time frame will result in the FULL amount being charged for whatever service you have booked.

•We WILL be closed on Saturdays until further notice at both locations. Any arrangements made prior to this post WILL be honored.

Our Hours of operation will remain-

Monday:8:00-9:00 AM for boarding pickup and drop off ONLY

Tuesday-Friday: 7:30AM-5:00PM
