So Gorgeous George had an adventure lol Probably one he could have done without, silly boy that he is. He ran off into the woods and I couldn’t find him. A few hours later after dark I could hear him barking and at the dog cry he was crying.

First I went to the edge of the woods calling him and trying to get him to come to me but for some reason he wouldn’t do it. Mind you this is at 11 o’clock at night. Finally I had no choice but to go down the path into the dark woods all the while reminding myself “the Blair witch doesn’t exist… The Blair witch doesn’t exist… “

But still no luck.

So next I had a tramp into the woods. I was scared of snake my bite me or spider might jump on my head. But I made it through to the edge of the creek. And then I realized he was on the other side of the creek where the hell is so steep it could be described as a cliff.

George somehow managed to get himself stranded on top. So I did what any sane mother would do… I tried to climb the cliff and ended up sliding down and realized I couldn’t do it.

So I felt like I had no choice but I called the police and ask them for help. And they actually did it 🙂 and I so I felt like I had no choice but I called the police and ask them for help. And they actually did it 🙂 an officer came and walked through the creek with me in his work shoes and pants. He told me he couldn’t climb the cliff either but let’s walk through the covered bridge and see if we could find a way to get to the other side.

As we walked and talked we realize that George is following us along the top of the cliff barking and crying the whole way. As we finally got to the covered bridge and we’re ready to find a way to the other side of us and we turn around and there is George! He managed to find a way down and there he was shaking and looking shocked. And I scooped him up and gave him a big hug told him he was naughty but that I was glad to see him

The next day when I took George outside I put him in a harness and tied him to line and told him he lost his freedom. So what did he do? Within three minutes he wiggled out of the harness and was running through the woods again because he’s a crazy boy.

So now when he hangs out outside he has to stay in the run with the girls. I’m working on training them since they won’t do that but you’re just hard to train because he has ADD apparently. He gets distracted by everything I’m trying to teach him stay and he is looking all around because he heard a bird car from the woods or Cargo by. He has a hard time concentrating on mommy even when I have treats to bribe him with.

Maybe we should change his name to Naudi George! 🙂
