Interested in supporting a student's market hog project? We have 3 (maybe 4) students whose swine projects will unlikely make weight for the fair. Had a challenging health issue in Feb / early March at the school farm with young feeder pigs and by the time we got them back to good health and daily weight gain, we just fell short of time. Students did an EXCELLENT job and went "above and beyond" throughout the challenge. We just ran out of time to meet the 200lb minimum fair requirement. If you are interested in supporting our students with the purchase of a 180-190lb pig at the end of the month please contact Atwater FFA (209-357-6025). We can arrange processing for you if interested. Thank you!
