We’re NOT closing. We’re NOT going anywhere. We ARE open!
Some of you have seen the realtor signs out front and have expressed concerns. I’d like to address some of those concerns:
1) We’re NOT closing. We’re open and will remain open.
2) Our current space is a lease, we have 4 years left on our lease as of March 2025.
3) We’re EXPANDING! On Feb 15, 2024 we closed on 5 acres of ground on the east side of US HWY 377 to the north of Stewart Rd in Krugerville.
4) These 5 acres will be anchored by us, Canine Cowboy. We will also have spaces for dog trainers, grooming, and retail. We also hope to attract an emergency vet clinic (think like Denton County animal ER or VEG). We have been talking with a local rescue group & hope to have a space for them to house some of their foster dogs. We will also have a members only dog park with walking trails along the creek & food trucks. We are going to host some pawsome dog pawties at our park!
5) Love the convenience of our current location and have concerns about driving to our new location? We’re thinking about buying a bus! Let us know if you would utilize a pick up and drop off service?
6) We are currently working with our engineer on our site plan as well as our interior design architects to build the best & most state of the art building all in the best interest of the dogs.
7) We want to thank the city of Krugerville for welcoming us with open arms! They have been amazing to work with throughout this process.
