We were devastated to learn of this terrible tragedy that has had a profound impact on the family of a dear client of our veterinary practice. This couple had spent two years building their home and this past weekend, while unpacking to move in, an explosion occurred that killed their 16 year old son and left them fighting for their lives with significant burns. Our veterinary hospital is a puppy nursery! ❤️
We need your help in finding these sweet Great Pyrenees mix puppies a loving INDOOR home. They were found abandoned in a cardboard box in a rural area. Male and female, approximately 3 months old. If you would like to meet them, please reach out to us. Be prepared for cuteness overload!

Do you recognize these dogs? These two young huskies were found on FM 377 earlier today. When we brought both of them into the hospital out of concern for their safety, the male started showing signs of severe heat exhaustion. Dr. Sammons administered IV fluids and the entire staff worked to bring his body temperature down. The male is now stable, and we will continue to monitor him as he recovers.

Intact male and female. Under one year of age. Very sweet. They are NOT microchipped. Please call 940-365-9384 if you have any information on these two dogs.

💩Free parasite f***l testing tomorrow! 💩

We are participating in a research study with Texas A&M called the Drake Project. They are conducting research for the parasite Heterobilharzia Americana.
-What this means for you is free intestinal parasite testing for your dog! If you would like to participate, please bring a large stool sample before 11:00am Thursday, August 1st.

▪️Cats can experience morning sickness in the early stages of pregnancy.
▪️The feline gestation period is only around 65 days.
▪️Yes! Female cats can get pregnant by multiple partners. In fact, the number of fathers isn't limited to just two males. Queens can have as many partners as there are kittens. For example, if your cat has 3 kittens, each kitten could have a different father. The process by which cats have kittens by multiple partners is called superfecundation.
